Prior to founding Aziumth GRC, Rohin was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase in their Mortgage and Oversight & Controls Divisions. He was responsible for leading the company through its operational compliance with many of the regulatory efforts and settlements following the financial crisis. Rohin also led a team at Lender Processing Services Inc. nka Black Knight Financial Services through compliance with and execution of their Consent Order.
Rohin’s experience also includes executive level positions at Bank of America in Operations and Technology where, among other thigs, he was pivotal in integrating the Risk and Compliance functions of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
Rohin lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two children. He holds a Bachelors in Economics from Emory University.

Sheryl Johnson is the Chief Revenue Officer and General Counsel of Azimuth GRC LLC. Sheryl has over 29 years of experience in the financial services, banking regulatory, and technology space. Starting in private practice in New York City in 1990, Sheryl has held executive legal, compliance and risk roles at public and privately-held financial services company. She has been integral in resolving significant regulatory matters and has been key in formulating strategic solutions for companies to navigate the ever-changing regulatory environment.
Prior to joining Azimuth GRC, Sheryl was the Chief Legal Officer at Home Point Financial Corporation, overseeing their legal, risk, compliance and regulatory exam departments. Prior to Home Point, she served as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Walter Investment Management Corporation and held several executive roles at Lender Processing Services, Inc., including Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Sheryl brings to Azimuth a keen understanding of the regulatory environment, along with the ability to operationalize compliance requirements that balance a business need.
Sheryl lives in Jacksonville with her husband and three children. She is active in her community. Sheryl holds a Bachelors in Economics from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.

Lester Dominick is the founder and owner of MortgageFlex Systems.
In 1980, while working as a consultant at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young), he identified the need for information technology consulting services specifically for mortgage lending. Lester founded MortgageFlex Systems and focused solely on the mortgage lending industry, introducing the first microcomputer based loan origination system, in 1984. Lester is also a co-founder of Digital Risk, LLC.
He continues to lead the company as CEO and chief product architect.
Recognized in 2008 as an “Industry Pioneer” by Mortgage Banking Magazine, Lester is widely acknowledged as an industry expert. MortgageFlex has been recognized as an industry leader by receiving numerous awards including HousingWire’s Tech100, Mortgage Executives Top 50 Mortgage Service Providers and Banking CIO Outlook’s Top 10 Lending Management Technology Solution Providers.
Lester is a former CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Duke University and an MBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Southern California.
